Standard of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system was officially issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and takes effect from September 15 / 2015 to replace ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004.
Under the guidance of ISO organization and International Accreditation Organization Forum (IAF), enterprises have been certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 standards for 3 years from the date of consumption. New standards are issued to convert to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015. This means that ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 certificates will take effect from September 15, 2015 and all ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certificates will expires after September 14, 2018.
Thus, VietNam Control would like to inform you as follows:
From today - September 15, 2018:
- All certification activities after this time must be in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015;
- For the certificate of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 Enterprises carried out from September 15, 2015 until now have expired for 03 years to be recertified;
- All ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certificates are canceled.
